AAA affiliated shop located on the upper east side seeks full time tow dispatcher. Duties include answering tow lines, dispatching calls, and speaking with customers. Will also be responsible for coordinating drivers with appropiate calls.
*Must have customer service experience, preferably in the towing industry.
*Dispatching experience a plus!!
*Must have ability to communicate clearly with customers.
